I am admittedly not a jazz player nor do I claim to be a jazz composer or arranger. I would be lying however if I said I didn’t love writing in this style so I do hope that you will indulge me in these endeavours. Take 2 was inspired by the Kansas City style riff tunes and is a simple exploration of basic repetitive ideas. The concept is for that every nugget or riff introduced should be repeated and reused.
